GENERAL INFORMATION
The Organizing Committee invites you to participate in the ICIISA2016 conference. All agriculture related academics, researchers, professionals and interested colleagues are welcome to attend the conference. Registration is only for the conference participation and does not include acceptance of oral or poster presentations. Participants who would like to present at the conference will be notified of acceptance status from the scientific committee by email on 31 March 2016 at the latest. If you have questions about your registration, please contact ICIISA 2016 Secretariat at iciisa2016@gmail.com.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Registration Fee:
Regular participant
Early registration rate : $250
Standard registration rate : $300
Student : $200
Accompanying person : $200
Additional Fee:
Excursion (Farm and sightseeing tours): $60 – $160 (Optional)
Early registration payment is due by 7 April 2016. If we haven’t received your payment by the 7th of April, the standard registration fee of $300 will apply. All other registration payments are due by 7 May 2016.
Students must provide a letter of support from academic supervisor and a photocopy of a valid current student ID in order to receive the reduced fee.
The registration fee for participants and students covers:
Admission to all conference sessions and poster area
Conference materials (Printed copy of conference program, book of abstracts, bag and badge, etc.)
Welcome reception
Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
Buffet lunches
Welcome dinner
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:
Access to the commercial exhibition
Welcome reception
Buffet lunches and welcome dinner
Coffee, tea and soft drinks during refreshment breaks
Conference badge

Important:
Please do not forget to indicate your NAME+SURNAME and ICIISA2016 on your remittance. All prices are quoted in US dollars and include VAT. Payment must be remitted in US dollar, all bank charges are to be paid by the sender. For domestic remittance (Thai participants), please make payment in Thai Baht (exchange rate 1 USD = 33 THB).
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be sent to the ICIISA 2016 conference secretariat in writing by the dates specified below:
Cancellations received until 7 June 2016 are subject to a charge of 50% of the registration fees for administrative costs.
Cancellation after 7 June 2016 on, registration fees will not be refunded.
